Refund policy

Returns Policy

We want you to love your Little Takeover piece. If for any reason you're not completely happy, we're here to help.

Your Statutory Rights Under UK consumer law, you have the right to a full refund if your item is faulty, not as described, or doesn't work as it should. Nothing in this policy affects those rights.

Cancelling Your Order (Distance Selling) As we sell online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Once you've told us you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the item to us. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the item back. We will also refund the cost of standard delivery.

You're welcome to inspect your item as you would in a shop, but it must be unused and in its original condition for a full refund. If the item has been used or damaged, we reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund.

Personalised Items Items that have been personalised or custom-stamped are exempt from the standard cancellation right under distance selling regulations. We are unable to accept returns on these unless they arrive damaged or faulty. Please double-check all personalisation details before placing your order.

How to Request a Return Get in touch with us via the contact form within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and we'll guide you through the next steps.

Return Postage Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or we've made an error. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within 6 months of purchase, we will repair or replace it — or offer a full refund if that's not possible. Please contact us with photos and your order number.

Proof of Purchase We may ask for proof of purchase when processing a return, such as your order confirmation email.
