1. Where We Ship We ship worldwide from our workshop in England, UK, using Royal Mail services.

2. Dispatch Times As all our goods are handcrafted, you'll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Estimated UK delivery times once dispatched:

  • Tracked 48: 2–3 working days
  • Tracked 24: 1–2 working days

4. International Shipping International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Estimated delivery times once dispatched:

  • Europe: 3–7 working days
  • Rest of World: 7–14 working days

These are estimates provided by Royal Mail and cannot be guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or local postal services.

5. Tracking All orders include tracking. You'll receive your tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. You can track your parcel at royalmail.com.

6. Customs, Duties & Import Fees International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged on arrival in their country. These charges are outside our control and are not included in the shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering.

We are required by law to accurately declare the contents and value of all international parcels on customs documentation. We are unable to mark orders as gifts or undervalue them.

7. Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us via the contact form and we'll investigate with Royal Mail. Please note that Royal Mail does not consider a parcel lost until:

  • 10 working days after the due date for UK orders
  • 20 working days after the due date for international orders

We'll do everything we can to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

8. Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. We cannot be held responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address being provided. If you notice an error, contact us immediately via the site contact form — we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch.
