2. Placing an Order When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email and dispatch the item.
We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time before dispatch — for example if an item is out of stock or there has been a pricing error. If this happens, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
3. Pricing All prices are listed in GBP (£). If you are ordering from outside the UK, your bank or card provider may apply a currency conversion fee — this is outside our control.
Prices are subject to change without notice, but any change will not affect an order already confirmed.
4. Taxes, Duties & Import Fees For customers within the UK, prices include applicable VAT where required. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. 9. Product Descriptions We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. However, as all items are handcrafted, there will be natural variation in leather grain, tone, and texture — this is part of what makes each piece unique and is not considered a fault.
